Yunnan Retired Soldiers' Policy of Exempting from Examination and Upgrading to Undergraduate Education

The policy requirements for Yunnan retired soldiers to be promoted to junior college without examination are as follows:

Ordinary full-time college students who have been enlisted in Yunnan Province, who have gone through the formalities of resuming their studies after retirement and completed their junior college studies according to the regulations of the school; College soldiers who have obtained general full-time college education and enlisted in Yunnan Province in the year of graduation and retired within 2 years can apply for exemption from examination, and the majors they apply for should correspond to the higher vocational (junior college) majors they attend.

Yunnan college graduates (including college graduates who retired from the army and resumed their studies) choose the graduation school registration confirmation point to register online. Retired college soldiers with college education (including fresh college graduates who were enlisted in Yunnan Province outside the province and college soldiers who were enlisted in Yunnan Province in the year of graduation and retired within 2 years) and volunteers of the Western Plan, respectively, choose the registration confirmation points designated by the enlisted place and the city where the household registration is located to register online.

Candidates should log in to the "Management System for Candidates of Yunnan College Entrance Examination" at the specified time, carefully read the online registration instructions of candidates, and register as required. Candidates use their ID number to bind a mobile phone number for registration. One ID number and one mobile phone number can only be registered once, and they are registered according to the SMS verification code received by the mobile phone.
