Afterwards, the motor vehicle QR code of the vehicle is generated. Users who need to register the motor vehicle use the "Traffic Control 12123" mobile APP to scan this QR code. After passing the verification by scanning the QR code, the user selects the relationship with the car owner and submits the registration application.

2. SMS verification and filing. First, enter information such as the license plate type, license plate number, and the last six digits of the engine number of the non-owner's motor vehicle that needs to be registered. Then, the system will send the SMS verification code to the car owner’s mobile phone number (the car owner can be a non-Internet platform registered user).
