If you delete the password message of redemption of points for prepaid cards, you can also log in to the online business hall/homepage and click integral mall > My Account > Order Inquiry to inquire about the history of online redemption of prepaid cards within half a year from the date of successful redemption, including redemption time, prepaid card number, password, activation period, card recharge status and other information. You can still retrieve the password of the recharge card, as shown in the figure below:

Enter integral mall first, and click "My Account" to log in.

After logging in, you can query the orders in the past 6 months.

Click the order number you want to enter, and in the last column of the order details, click View Details.

After opening, as shown in the figure below:

Finally, click to get the verification code, and you will receive the verification code on your phone. After entering the verification code, you can see your recharge card number, password and other information. Then you can use the recharge card to recharge.
