The system will classify according to the content, and automatically give voice and SMS prompts during working hours every day to inform the parties where they violate the rules and how to deal with them. In addition, the system also has the functions of detecting incoming call transfer, recording and obtaining evidence.

Wuhan Urban Management will impose corresponding administrative penalties in accordance with Article 26 of the Regulations on the Administration of Urban Appearance and Environmental Sanitation in Wuhan, and those suspected of other illegal and criminal acts will be handed over to relevant functional departments for handling. If the party refuses to accept the treatment within the prescribed time limit, the system will impose an "escalation" penalty and take a 24-hour continuous voice prompt.

Wuhan Wuchang District Urban Management Committee completed this system on February 25th last year at 65438.
