Is it slow for ICBC to send text messages to the account?

Receiving a transfer message does not mean receiving money.

When ICBC transfers money online, the remitter can choose to send short messages to the payee at the same time. As long as the transfer is successful, the SMS will be sent. But just because the payee receives the text message does not mean that the money has been credited.

If the payee's name, account number and bank account number are inconsistent, it cannot be recorded. The receiving bank will return the money to the transfer-out account or transfer-out bank within two working days.

When you receive the remittance, read the message carefully. The SMS sent by transfer and remittance is different from the SMS reminder sent by ICBC messenger. Receiving remittance should be based on bank card details and bank card balance.
