3. After logging in with your real name, find the (Real Estate Transaction Declaration Confirmation) menu on the homepage of the Fujian Provincial Microelectronic Taxation Bureau, or click (eight) Fujian tax code), find (Tax Service), and after entering, you can see the (Real Estate Transaction Declaration Confirmation) module.

4. After all transaction parties have completed their declaration and confirmation, find it on the (Confirmed) page. For the real estate declaration information, click (Go to Payment).
