Notice on special rectification of illegal parking of motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles in Wujin Central City, Changzhou

In order to further standardize the parking order, strengthen the long-term management of the city and promote the construction of urban civilization, the Wujin District Urban Management Committee decided to carry out special rectification of illegal parking of motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles in the central city of Wujin. According to the Law of the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety, Regulations for the Implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety, Regulations on Road Traffic Safety in Jiangsu Province, Regulations on Road Traffic Safety in Changzhou City, Measures for the Implementation of Urban Road Management in Changzhou City and Measures for the Management of Non-motor Vehicle Parking in Changzhou City, relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Parking of motor vehicles is prohibited on all public transport roads and red line areas along the street in Wujin city.

2. Non-motor vehicles within the downtown area of Wujin should be parked in designated areas in an orderly manner, and Internet rental bicycles should be parked in parking facilities.

Three, units along the street should implement the responsibility of city appearance and environmental sanitation in strict accordance with the system of city appearance and environmental sanitation responsibility area, and remind and persuade the vehicles parked in the area of responsibility at will. Internet bicycle rental operators should strengthen the daily management of rental vehicles. Parking management enterprises should strengthen the parking management of vehicles in parking lots and prohibit parking vehicles outside parking berths.

4. Wujin public security traffic police department and urban management department will carry out joint law enforcement, record illegal parking behavior through video capture, on-site posting and mass reporting, and deal with it according to law; Illegal vehicles that seriously affect road traffic or traffic safety will be towed away by compulsory measures according to law.

5. The term "Wujin Central City" as mentioned in this announcement refers to the area under the jurisdiction of the south of National Highway 3 12, the north of Wu Nan Road, the west of Xiacheng Road and the east of Yancheng Road. Towns and streets outside the "central city" area can be implemented with reference to this announcement.

Six, the street red line area mentioned in this announcement refers to the public * * * site between the urban road red line and the street building boundary, which is open to the public for public use and activities, including greening, site, pavement and road entrances and exits and other supporting facilities.

7. If the provisions on illegal parking management before this announcement are inconsistent with this announcement, this announcement shall prevail.

VIII. This announcement shall be implemented as of March 1 day, 2022.
