In June of this year, our district was awarded the "Advanced Unit for Urban Flood Control Project Construction in xx Province" by the provincial government. In the process of fighting for the project, design and construction, I actively served as a consultant to the district committee and district government, liaised with everyone, and facilitated the launch of the project. Second, the construction of backbone water conservancy projects focusing on sluice maintenance and reservoir risk removal and reinforcement was successfully completed. XX dikes and ponds have been built, but the low standards of large and small culverts along the line are also a weak link in flood control and tide blocking. In order to match the standard embankments and ponds, the Jiaobei Bajia Gate, Jianshe Gate, Huipu Gate and river channel supporting projects have been implemented and completed. The xxxx offshore new construction project will also be completed by the end of XX this year. Other large and small culvert gates such as Yantou Gate, Huajing Gate, Jiazhi Gate, Xiayang Gate, Taojiang Gate, Hongqi Gate, Yanchang Gate, etc. have also been reinforced and renovated to meet the once-in-50-year standard. In addition, we are the first in the city to fully complete the danger relief and reinforcement project of dangerous reservoirs to ensure safe removal. 3. Attach great importance to flood control work and comprehensively strengthen non-engineering flood control measures

While implementing flood control engineering measures focusing on embankments and ponds, we also attach great importance to the construction of non-engineering flood control measures.

First, improve the typhoon prevention plan. Based on the actual situation of the xx water project, the District Prevention Office re-edited the "xx District Typhoon Prevention Plan" and analyzed various response measures under different levels of typhoons, heavy rains, and floods, with clear focus and clear responsibilities. The "xx Flood (Storm Surge) Risk Map" compiled at the same time is easy to operate and has leading technology. The project was rated as advanced in the province. All towns, streets and relevant authorities have also formulated and improved typhoon prevention and emergency plans. The second is to strengthen flood control inspections and drills for closing the embankment channel gates. The xx embankment is located on the "golden coastline". Recently, the District Flood Control Headquarters organized and organized the forced blocking of the Waisha Shunfeng Shipyard channel where the gate cannot be rebuilt. Through the three major changes, the focus of water conservancy work has promptly shifted to river regulation, strengthening water project management and water administrative law enforcement, etc., promoting the continuous development of water conservancy work.

The 12 channel gate hoists on the urban river embankment are all equipped with motors, transformers and backup generator sets. At the same time, we will also strengthen the institutionalization and standardization of dike and pond management. A series of record sheets for daily management of embankments and ponds were compiled. The three embankment and pond management offices regularly carry out daily inspections and observations to ensure the safe operation of the project.

Strengthen river management to ensure smooth river networks. Carry out river inspections, organize the clearing of main rivers in the region before the annual flood season, and remove water-blocking fish nets, duck sheds, and illegal buildings. Strictly review and approve various river-related projects in accordance with the law. Vigorously carry out water law publicity, increase water administrative law enforcement, and seriously investigate and deal with water-related violations discovered and crack down severely. For example, in order to crack down on the arrogance of illegal transporters who dump construction waste and mud into rivers and pond feet, the district water administration inspection brigade organized late-night ambushes many times to seize illegal transporters on the spot. Another example is that on March 23, 20xx, our bureau applied to the district court, with the cooperation and support of the Municipal Water Conservancy Bureau and the Municipal Intermediate Court, to enforce and punish the illegal embankment occupation case of xx Dongjiang Shipbuilding and Shipbuilding Plant, which was not approved. 5. Strengthen the construction of the water conservancy team and provide a strong guarantee for the development of the water conservancy industry
