Ni Yongbo, the monitor on duty, checks the failure cause of the motor protection system in the power distribution room; In case of emergency, Master Ni decisively took temporary emergency measures to dismantle the mediator system. At the same time, he asked an electrician to inspect the motor junction box of the crusher and the motor control box of the oil pump and clean up the dust, and then resumed normal operation through the power transmission equipment. Ensure normal production on duty.

1 1 On the same day, Master Han, the shift supervisor, received instructions from the leader to take over the follow-up treatment of this fault. This kind of electrical fault is a new problem that has not been encountered since the factory was established; Although I didn't have much contact with Master Han, I was fortunate enough to witness the whole process of troubleshooting. With rich experience, Master Han first turned on the laptop to retrieve the stored information for analysis, and quickly found out the reasons that may lead to the action of the PICC system: due to the harsh natural environment (big dust, humidity and strong air corrosiveness), 1. Poor contact of related electrical contacts; 2. The cable leakage current is overestimated.

Then it is determined by troubleshooting: the first reason: the motor control box of the oil pump is not dust-proof and explosion-proof (see figure), and too much dust in the box leads to leakage current, which leads to the automatic protection action of the insurance system (the night electrician has immediately removed dust to eliminate hidden dangers), which is the main reason for the accident. The second reason is that the leakage protection action control of the relay system is too sensitive (the protection action current control value is set low) or the performance of electronic components is reduced, which is also one of the reasons for the failure.

Finally, fault handling: after the system is restored and reset, the 205 coarse crusher system is tested and resumed normal operation; As of press time, this batch of more than 60,000 tons of coal has been completed after 1 1 day of intense production; The crusher still keeps normal operation.

Although Master Han's educational background is not high, he can assiduously study professional skills in his post, especially combining computer technology knowledge with practical work. What is particularly commendable is that he saved the actual wiring situation in the PLC cabinet in the computer, so that when dealing with faults, he can quickly find out the faults.
