According to the work policy of the activity publicity week, we further clarified our responsibilities, straightened out the relationship, strengthened communication and coordination with subordinate units, and made great efforts to do a good job of connecting up and down, left and right, and inside and outside, effectively forming an emergency management situation of joint management.

In accordance with the work requirements of the "Emergency Knowledge Publicity Week", our bureau has earnestly strengthened the publicity, education and training of emergency management, and strived to expand the social awareness of emergency management through various forms such as the Internet, newspapers, radio and television, billboards and banners, and popularize the emergency knowledge of disaster prevention and mitigation, such as animal husbandry and veterinary medicine, agricultural machinery tools, agricultural technical services, and quality and safety of agricultural products, so as to improve the emergency awareness of the broad masses of cadres and people. Daily work also carried out emergency management laws and regulations and emergency popular science knowledge into community activities, and distributed more than 20XX copies of traffic accident emergency knowledge wall charts and agricultural machinery safety knowledge.

In response to emergencies, the Agricultural Inspection Center has set up an emergency fund reserve to ensure the smooth development of emergency work.

Second, the difficulties and problems in the work

(1) Insufficient funds. Our bureau has a large stall and covers a wide range, which is related to the production and life of the masses. Due to the lack of funds, it directly affects the shortage of emergency professional equipment such as animal husbandry and veterinary medicine, quality and safety inspection and monitoring of agricultural products, agricultural technical services and agricultural machinery accident handling, and it is difficult to carry out special drills to deal with emergencies. Although our bureau has acquired some emergency equipment, compared with the current work situation, the professional emergency technical ability and equipment level are still lagging behind, which can not meet the requirements of the current emergency work in time.

(2) Cooperation needs to be strengthened. There is a lack of joint emergency training among all departments in this area. The emergency plan drill carried out by our bureau is limited to agriculture, and there is no emergency plan coordination drill among various departments in the region.

Three. Future work plan
