1. design principles

2. General situation

In order to ensure the safe and efficient construction of JiNing Expressway, our department plans to build expressways at K3+650, K3+950 and S2 15 respectively.

3. Construction method

3. 1. According to the design drawings, the survey team accurately laid out the service road with a width of 6m, and set a bell mouth with a width of 10m at the joint with the provincial road.

3.2. Use 30cm gravel instead of shoulder soil as cushion, then roll it, and pour C20 concrete with a thickness of 20cm on the top surface. The concrete surface is flush with the asphalt pavement.

3.3. Install culvert pipe at the side ditch, fill 50cm gravel at the top of culvert pipe, then roll it, and pour 20cm thick C20 concrete at the top.

3.4. Set up 1 full-time security officers in grade crossing, who will be responsible for directing the passing construction vehicles during the construction of the service road, ensuring the driving safety of local vehicles and construction vehicles, and cleaning the crossing to ensure that the construction vehicles are free of mud.

3.5. Set service road signs at the exact positions of 10m on both sides of grade crossing.

3.6. Set up service road safety fences at accurate positions on both sides of the construction service road grade crossing, set up color speed bumps on the left and right sides of S323 provincial road and S2 15 provincial road within 50m on both sides of the construction service road grade crossing, and set up deceleration warning signs at 200m on the service road grade crossing.

4. Quality, safety and environmental protection measures

(3) The construction machinery shall be set in the designated position, and shall not encroach on the 323 provincial highway and S2 15 provincial highway. Construction machinery shall be put into use after being installed in the site and passing the safety inspection.

(4) the field special operations personnel should be in accordance with the GB 5036-85 "special operations personnel safety technology assessment management regulations" for special training and assessment, qualified certificates.

4.2. Environmental protection and civilized construction measures

(1) Environmental protection measures

(1) The construction site shall be used within the scope of the owner's requisition as far as possible, with little or no cultivated land.

(2) Disposal of garbage at the construction site and construction site, environmental protection at the construction site reflects the quality of the construction team, and production garbage is piled up in a centralized way and handled in time.

(3) The domestic sewage is set up in a sewage tank, and discharged after settling to meet the discharge standard, so as not to pollute the nearby water system, so that the construction site can operate in an orderly manner, achieve civilized construction and good environmental protection, and fully reflect the modern civilization and excellent environmental protection of building construction.

(5) After the service road construction is completed, sprinkle water on the construction road every day to ensure that it is moist and does not raise dust.

(2) Civilized construction

(1) Establish civilized construction organization and formulate specific measures to keep the site and living area clean and tidy.

(2) Safety warning signs, protective piles and personnel deceleration facilities are mainly set on the construction roads, and no other personnel are allowed to enter.

(3) Construction personnel should wear badges and helmets, and special types of work can wear safety protective clothing and take necessary protective measures.

(4) Set up obvious construction signs on the operation surface, and introduce the well-known projects, construction, design, supervision and main protective measures of the contractor.
