1. Sampling time and objects

Sampling time: 9:00 to 15:00 on November 10, 2022, which can be extended to 16:00 according to circumstances.

Sampling objects: residents of villages under the jurisdiction of all towns and villages in the city. All agencies, enterprises and institutions, production and business sites, construction sites, etc. shall, in accordance with the unified arrangements of the local towns or villages, conduct nucleic acid sampling at the nearest sampling point where the unit is located.

2. Sampling locations

Sampling locations will be announced by each township, and residents are invited to conduct nucleic acid sampling in accordance with the organizational arrangements of village staff.

3. Relevant requirements and precautions

In order to increase the speed of nucleic acid testing and sampling, residents are requested to prepare in advance and follow the village arrangements to bring their personal appointment registration QR code or paper. With the quality reservation QR code or any valid certificate such as resident ID card, go to the designated sampling point in an orderly manner for sampling at different times.

Residents in all townships and towns are requested to take personal protection during the sampling period, scan the site code, wear a mask throughout the process, actively accept body temperature checks, and keep a distance of more than 2 meters to strictly prevent cross-infection during sampling. At the same time, we will consciously obey the arrangements of staff and volunteers to ensure that the nucleic acid testing of all employees is carried out safely, orderly and standardizedly.

Residents in all towns and villages are requested not to eat or drink within 2 hours before sampling, and not to smoke, drink, chew gum, etc. within 30 minutes to avoid affecting the test results; persons with a 24-hour nucleic acid negative certificate and patients with new coronavirus pneumonia are cured People who have received the COVID-19 vaccine within six months or within 48 hours, or medical staff who have participated in the COVID-19 vaccination, will not participate in this nucleic acid testing and sampling, but must explain the situation to the village staff in a timely manner, provide certificates and register.

For groups with special difficulties such as the elderly, pregnant women in labor, infants and young children, severely disabled people, bedridden patients, and people in home isolation, sampling teams will conduct door-to-door sampling and testing. Residents are requested to actively cooperate. Single sampling and testing will be implemented for key groups such as centralized medical observation isolation points.

Each town and township must prepare quickly and deploy enough informants and volunteers; the public security, urban management, and transportation departments must deploy law enforcement personnel to maintain traffic and public order. At the same time, the transportation department must arrange sufficient vehicles to transport sampling personnel.

It is the obligation of every citizen to consciously participate in nucleic acid testing. The city’s residents are requested to actively cooperate with the staff at each sampling point to collect samples, so as to ensure that no household or household is missed. No one is left behind.
