Generally, the higher the resolution of an image, the more pixels it contains, the clearer the image and the better the print quality. At the same time, it will also increase the storage space occupied by files.

Ktplate new material. The tray is fragile, light in weight, not easy to deteriorate and easy to process. It can be directly screen printed on wood (screen printing), paint (paint adaptability needs to be tested), glue coating and spray painting, and is widely used in advertising display and promotion, airplane model, architectural decoration, culture and art, packaging and other fields.

Screen printed kt board: it belongs to thermal composite board. The process requires a smooth surface. As long as the ps film of dough is above 4c, the composite film must pass the screen printing ink test before it can be used. Not suitable for painting, the thickness of the painting will bubble for a short time.

Kt board: It is also a hot composite board, which mainly solves the problem that the ps film on the hot board is thin and the film is thickened to more than 6c. It is suitable for advertising production with high quality requirements in the short and medium term, and it will bubble, but the foaming time will be longer than that of ordinary plates.
