3. Safety preparation: Construction safety warning lights and safety warning signs with warning slogans need to be hung on the construction site.

Second, the stress column middle column installation:

If it is a solid fence, first drill a hole at the top of the fence with an impact drill. The standard hole diameter of the mounting base is 8mm, so the drill bit should be12mm, and the expansion screw should be 8mm thick and 7cm long.

As can be seen from the above figure, the pedestal of the stress column of Oumai electronic fence consists of two pedestals, which are fixed with 80 expansion screws and 4 holes respectively, and the angle can be adjusted infinitely (you can choose to install it vertically at 90 degrees or obliquely as shown in the figure). A circular hoop washer is added in the middle, and nuts and gaskets are added outside to ensure the overall strength of the fence.

In addition, the overall thickness of the base is more than 3 mm, and it is hot-dip galvanized without embroidery, and the minimum service life can reach more than 5 years.

Third, the alloy wire installation

After all the bases and columns are installed, it's time to put out the alloy wire.

Advantages of perforated installation: the whole system is insulated, so there will be no short circuit, and the distance will be fixed forever, so there will be no short circuit caused by insulator falling off, and no opportunity for criminals.

If the circumference is several kilometers, if the insulator falls off and causes short circuit, it is a waste of manpower and financial resources to investigate one by one. Can't find problems in time and deal with them in time. Similarly, the alarm caused by short circuit will become a false alarm.

Fourth, install the tightener

Passing the alloy wire directly through the hole in the middle of the tightener (as shown in the figure below) is mainly used to straighten the alloy wire, so as to prevent the alloy wire from being too loose and affecting the overall beauty, and it is also easy to cause two wires to short circuit together.

First, punch a hole in the stress column with a hand electric drill (the default is good), then use a hook to pass through the black insulator, and then hang it on the column (as shown in the figure below). The function of the clamp is to clamp the alloy wire and prevent it from falling off.

Install lightning arrester

The lightning arrester must be installed in an open space or a place with a certain height, and installed on the electronic fence in the area where lightning occurs. The lightning arrester should be installed at the beginning of the electronic fence and hung on the first alloy wire of the electronic fence, and the bottom should be grounded. Lightning arresters should be installed correctly according to the instructions.

In addition, the special lightning arrester for electronic fence must be selected to better protect the pulse host. At present, lightning arresters in China are all made of zinc oxide, which is of poor quality and cannot be checked after lightning strike. Using the electronic fence (imported from Britain) arrester specially designed for Shanghai Oumai, you can see with the naked eye whether it has been struck by lightning, as shown in the following figure. Transparent semi-circular arrester, if struck by lightning, the iron core inside will turn black.

Fixing only two holes is a wrong hanging method, and the correct hanging method is to fix three points with straps at the same time (as shown in the figure), which is called "three-point hanging method" by Oumai Company.

The pulse main engine and rain box of pulse electronic fence are generally placed between two defense zones. If the 200-meter perimeter is divided into two defense zones, the pulse main engine and rain box are fixed at the position of 100 meters, that is, between the two defense zones, and power is supplied to the left and right defense zones through high-voltage lines.

At this point, the front end of the perimeter pulse electronic fence has been installed, and the schematic diagram of the connection between the pulse host and the electronic fence is as follows:

For example, the electronic fences we usually see are all made of four alloy wires, so the final linking methods are 1 and 3, and 2 and 4. Jumping 1 and 2, 3 and 4 is wrong. (as shown below)

After the main engine of the defense zone is connected with the front end of the electronic fence, it needs to be powered on for testing, mainly to test whether there is a short circuit or a short circuit alarm. If the test can alarm normally, it will finally dock with the alarm host at the end.
