XV. Passengers are strictly forbidden to bring the following items into the station

(1) inflammable, explosive, toxic and harmful chemical dangerous goods, radioactive and corrosive goods, pressure vessels and other dangerous goods, or articles with pungent smell;

(2) illegally held firearms, ammunition and controlled knives;

(3) Balloons, hoes, shoulder poles, iron saws, iron bars, flatbed carts, bicycles (folding bicycles are in accordance with luggage standards), or other items that may hinder others from passing through the station (car) and endanger others' personal safety.

XVI. Passengers are forbidden to commit the following acts at the station or on the train;

(1) Climbing, crossing railings and gates, or forcibly rushing the gates;

(2) When the alarm bell rings and the light flashes when the platform screen door closes, grab the bus and get off;

(3) illegally stopping a train, using emergency or safety devices in a non-emergency state and other means to hinder the normal operation of the train;

(4) jumping off the platform without authorization and entering the track, tunnel or other subway restricted areas;

(5) operating buttons and switch devices with warning signs without authorization;

(6) damaging or moving subway related equipment;

(7) parking vehicles, piling up sundries or setting up stalls to block the passage within 5 meters outside the station, platform, station hall, entrance, passage, ventilation pavilion and cooling tower;

(8) placing inflammable, explosive and dangerous articles within 3m outside the subway entrance and exit;

(9) causing trouble and fighting in the station or train;

(1) setting up stalls for business activities without authorization, and building other facilities without approval;

(11) other behaviors that endanger subway operation facilities and affect operation safety.

XVII. Passengers should consciously keep stations and trains clean and tidy, take good care of public property, and maintain public order. In subway stations or trains, the following behaviors are prohibited

(1) uncivilized behaviors such as eating, smoking, spitting and lying down at will;

(2) scribbling, portraying, posting without authorization, or promoting sales, distributing advertisements, cards and other business promotional materials;

(3) begging, busking, making noise, selling, entertaining (such as singing, dancing, playing musical instruments, playing, skating on skates, etc.), chasing and fighting, etc., which violate the order of subway operation;

(4) carrying livestock, fruits (food) with severe odor, pets and other articles that hinder the public health and affect the sanitation of stations and vehicles;

Passengers should ride in a civilized manner, and they are not allowed to push each other in stations and trains; Take the vertical elevator and escalator according to the regulations of taking the escalator, and no one is allowed to stand on the same escalator or play or run on the escalator; Wait in line according to the platform ground arrow; When getting on and off, please pay attention to the gap between the train and the platform; Don't hold hands or lean against doors and screen doors when waiting for a bus or taking a bus.

19. Passengers such as preschool children, drunkards, mental patients, sudden patients, mentally retarded people and people with mobility difficulties must be accompanied by healthy adults with guardianship when taking the subway.

21. Passengers must strictly abide by the above regulations, and offenders will be dealt with by the subway company according to the Interim Measures for the Administration of Subway Operation in Shenzhen and other relevant regulations or by the public transport authorities according to law; If the passenger is killed or injured due to his own (or a third party's) fault, the passenger himself (or a third party) shall bear the responsibility; Causing losses in subway operation and hurting others, depending on the seriousness of the case, it shall be handed over to the relevant departments for handling.
