The specific provisions are as follows:

In order to protect public safety and residents' personal and property safety, and reduce environmental pollution, according to the Environmental Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Air Pollution Prevention Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Law on Public Security Administration Punishment of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Regulations on the Safety Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers, and the Measures for the Administration of Fireworks and Firecrackers in Guang 'an, it is decided that fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the whole region. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. The fireworks and firecrackers mentioned in this notice refer to all fireworks and firecrackers products that use pyrotechnics as the main raw materials and can generate smoke and sound after being ignited, such as fireworks, firecrackers, fireworks bombs and electronic cannons.

2. No-discharge zone: the whole territory of Guang 'an District (including jujube hill Park in Guang 'an Economic Development Zone).

Three, fireworks retail operators shall inform the relevant provisions of the buyer to prohibit the discharge of fireworks; Operators engaged in wedding, funeral and festive catering services shall not provide fireworks and firecrackers services. 2. Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the following places outside the prohibited discharge area:

For those who produce and operate fireworks and firecrackers without permission, or sell black powder, pyrotechnics and fuses to units or individuals that have not obtained the safety production license for fireworks and firecrackers, the safety production supervision and management department shall order them to stop illegal production and operation activities, impose a fine of more than 20,000 yuan and less than 6,543,800 yuan, and confiscate the illegal production and operation items and illegal income. If fireworks and firecrackers are transported by road without permission, the public security organ shall order them to stop illegal transportation activities, and impose a fine of 1000 yuan to 50000 yuan, and confiscate the illegally transported articles and illegal income.
