2. Weighing vehicles should wait until the instrument is turned on and the display returns to zero before obeying the instructions of the staff before weighing.

3. Weighing vehicles should drive forward and backward within the safety yellow lines on both sides of the scale. After the vehicle drives onto the scale platform, it should drive in a straight line and stop at the center of the scale platform for weighing as much as possible.

4. Every time a vehicle is weighed, it should be driven carefully when getting on and off the floor scale. The vehicle speed should not exceed 15 yards. Emergency braking on the scale platform is prohibited, and vehicles are prohibited from parking on the floor scale for a long time.

Notes:

Waterproofing work should be done in spring and summer, and desiccant should be placed in the junction box of electronic floor scales without foundation pits; sewers and drainage should be ensured in the foundation pit of shallow foundation pit floor scales. Pipes are clear.

When the temperature is low in winter, the meter should be powered on for 20 minutes before measuring.

Electronic floor scales in the food processing or grain industry should be rodent-proof. When the cable breaks, the joints should be waterproof; the cables should be sleeved with metal hoses.

The vehicle load measured each time shall not be greater than the maximum weighing, but it shall not be less than the minimum weighing of 20 days.

When there is a vehicle on the scale, the instrument is not allowed to be powered off. If there is a temporary power outage, the Chongqing floor scale should let the vehicle get off the scale platform after power is restored, and then measure again after the instrument returns to zero.
