Paper is everywhere in our life, such as textbooks, books, newspapers, promotional paper, napkins and so on. It can be seen that the importance of paper in life and its contribution to mankind are immeasurable.

However, the students didn't cherish it. It is observed that some students often use some glistening paper to fold planes, such as paper cranes; There are some stains on the white paper, and the students feel that it is not good-looking, so they rub it into a ball and generously send it to the trash can; Some homework papers are written on one side and then discarded; Even using A4 paper as draft paper and a series of almost bad behaviors. This not only wastes paper, but also destroys forest resources.

I don't know if it is because my classmates are ignorant and don't know how to cherish it, or is there another reason? Is it to show that your family is rich and a piece of paper is nothing at all? Or do you think paper is everywhere, it's not worth a few cents, and wasting a few is not a problem? Or do you think that everyone is so wasteful, and you don't have to be so stupid to save that little paper, which is not good for your personal image?

If you say yes to all my ideas, you are wrong! The raw materials of paper trees are hard to get, and the process of making paper is also very complicated-first, the raw materials are mashed, and then cooked in a steamer until they become pulp. Then, after screening the pulp and decoloring, it is diluted with water. Finally, the water dissolved with plant fiber is evenly sprayed on woolen cloth or other fabrics and pressed at high temperature. At this time, the fibers dissolved in water will come out on the surface of woolen cloth and finally become paper. It can be seen that although a piece of paper is cheap, it contains the crystallization of human wisdom and embodies people's hard work.

I wonder if the students have thought about it again? Even if everyone wastes a piece of paper every day, there are about 650 people in our school, about 650 sheets are wasted every day, 4550 sheets a week, and 19500 sheets a month. What about a year? What about five years? China has a population of1300 million. If one piece of paper is wasted every day on average, at this rate, 15000 pieces of paper will consume 1 tree, so how many trees will it take to consume1300 million pieces of paper? God, have you thought about it?

For our future generations, please cherish natural resources, and then start from me and save every piece of paper!

1. Do not tear the notebook, one piece of paper, used on both sides.

2. During the festival, use fewer greeting cards, and you can send text messages, phone calls or express your congratulations orally.

3. Put a waste paper recycling box at home or in class, collect the waste paper and send it to the waste recycling station or reuse it.

4. Old calendars and waste newspapers can be used in Bao Shu or made by hand.

Books that can't be used are bound into volumes, and then used or made into draft paper.

6. Consciously establish the consciousness of saving paper and remind people of wasting paper around them.
