in the quality month, we should carry out various forms and rich contents of publicity activities. Make use of the workshop billboards to post more publicity about the theme of quality month activities, popularize quality knowledge and increase publicity efforts to improve the quality awareness of all employees, and carry out sensory psychological education in the form of posters and slogans, so as to create a good atmosphere in which everyone cares about quality and everyone values quality. Effectively strengthen the quality and safety awareness and sense of responsibility of all production personnel.

2. Organize and set up a technical research team. As the core power component of solar energy, the vacuum tube is not hot, which means it loses its nuclear power. Then the heat and non-heat are related to two key and important processes in the vacuum tube workshop: coating process and exhaust process. How to make these two processes go well? After discussion by workshop managers, it was decided to set up two major process technical research teams: (1) First, the film technology research team headed by Wang Junjiu (with the cooperation of Chen Guohua and Chen Hui), whose members were coating technicians (Chen Cuiping and Wu Jiandong), successfully debugged six coating units in succession while ensuring normal production. After the process was finalized, the process cards should be posted. Even after the quality month, we can't relax our awareness of quality concept. The remaining 1 coating units should be successfully debugged one after another, and the technicians should form a sense of competition. If the debugging task can be successfully completed during the activity month, the workshop will reward the technicians with 3 ~ 5 yuan and the section chief with 5 ~ 8 yuan. If the current craftsman does not make progress in the process level and has not successfully debugged a piece of equipment, the workshop will make a decision to pay the craftsman only the probation salary. After the activity, the workshop will reward the successful commissioning with the bonus of 1 yuan for each unit according to different situations. The workshop will disqualify those who have not made progress in the process level for three consecutive months and failed to debug. (2) Set up an exhaust technology research team headed by Chen Guohua. (Wang Junjiu and Chen Hui's section chief cooperate) Its members are the exhaust squad leaders (Cheng Yuanxi, Shi Guosong, Liu Xuekun). First of all, it is necessary to summarize the problems of the exhaust unit with problems and cooperate with the maintenance personnel for repair and calibration; Secondly, some inaccurate vacuum gauges should be repaired and approved to ensure the vacuum degree of vacuum tubes; Then it is necessary to cooperate with the quality inspection department to do a good job in the exhaust process, and the workshop for operators who violate the process will give each person a heavy penalty of 2 yuan every time; Organize a "skill competition" at an appropriate time, set an example, strengthen learning, and improve the quality of exhaust tail tip. 3, organizational learning and training quality management level, after all, because there are many problems in practice did not think clearly, the theoretical level is not enough, the lack of systematic and complete thinking, the lack of experience summary caused. Facing the shortage of personnel and technicians, how to stimulate the enthusiasm of some people who have ideas and want to do something. Next, I want to select some people in the workshop and conduct technical training regularly. Invite professionals from the technical department to explain some theoretical knowledge of the membrane layer to the relevant personnel in the workshop. In addition, some employees in relevant positions in the workshop have certain practical experience, and take advantage of certain opportunities to hold technical discussion meetings on the workshop section, so that everyone can talk about their work experience and learn from each other, which will promote the development of "double learning and double comparison" activities, and I believe it will also play a greater role in promoting the improvement of product quality! 4. Cooperate with the quality inspection department, hold regular quality analysis meetings, and set up a quality inspection team headed by the section chief, supplemented by the team leader, and cooperate with the inspection, organize quality self-inspection and mutual inspection, support the quality inspection personnel, and ensure good quality. Regular quality analysis meetings should be held in the workshop to continuously improve the quality. When quality problems occur, actively cooperate with the quality management department to analyze and solve them. Operators with quality problems should unswervingly implement the quality reward and punishment system and change passivity into initiative. At the same time, for the main quality problems existing in the equipment in the workshop, it is necessary to put forward topics to mobilize employees to carry out technical innovation and rationalization suggestions, and actively put forward the problems existing in design and technology to the relevant departments and quality management departments, and * * * to study, analyze and solve them.
