But the next day, I put my colorful bedding on the bed, and the nurse told me to put it away. I went to unknown so because I didn't get enough bed, ignored the nurse, and then slept with a pillow. The nurse then urged it again. I didn't understand it, but I responded impatiently. I'll just take a break and put it away later. Results The internal medicine nurse responded: This is the requirement of the hospital health department, and colorful bedding is not allowed on the hospital bed. I didn't resist the nurse's repeated requests, so I had to put the bedding away.

Why should I be bound by this "formal requirement"? For a person who has been tortured by military training, the troubles and disgust in his heart suddenly don't come together. Military training and escort beds cannot be generalized. Military training is to cultivate students' awareness of discipline and hygiene, and its starting point is to cultivate students. What are these requirements for hospital beds? Let the family members have confidence in the patient's recovery because they think the ward is clean and tidy? Let patients feel grateful for the comprehensive care of nurses? However, as a family member who can't sleep with me, I don't need a clean bed. I just want to have a good rest now so as to take better care of the patients. We will arrange clean wards and the like according to our own convenience and habits. Extra "requirements" are unnecessary "services" for me. For patients, being able to do what they can (the bedding at the bedside can be covered or not according to their own cold or heat) can reduce the burden on their families and let them have a good rest. I believe that any patient comes to the hospital not to enjoy the service, but to treat the disease. If there are services, please provide more corresponding hungry services and less unnecessary "services". Military training "serving" is not suitable for hospitals. What patients and their families need is a relaxed medical environment as much as possible. When "serving" military training in hospital management, please distinguish the objects. Early know, the hospital building is still engraved with the slogan of "serving patients", please don't let this slogan become a joke!

Of course, for hospitals, health order can easily affect the image of hospitals, and it is also one of the important indicators of hospital service level. Undoubtedly, these need to be regulated by "strict requirements" from all sides. But the problem is the conflict between the internal performance appraisal of the hospital and the external comments and evaluations of patients. It is reasonable and natural that the performance appraisal of hospitals is harsh enough, but it should not be 100% rigid, and it also needs some slow-release space to set off, and the extreme focus is not perfection, but defects. I believe that I am not the only friend who has had such a similar experience. Maybe I prefer to get to the bottom of it and be more picky. But what I feel is real, not fabricated.

? As the saying goes, rules are dead and people are alive. Indeed, there are many places in hospitals that need rules to guide practice, and hospitals without rules will not be reassuring. But in the hospital, a warm place, many places also need warmth. Just like my requirements for nurses, my requirements are not unreasonable and outrageous. I can abide by your regulations without affecting your performance appraisal, but my concession can't be matched by the nurse (system), which is a pity and very distressing.
