2. All sampling personnel should wear masks, take the initiative to show the "Xuzhou Health Treasure", "Su Kang Code" and "Bus Code" of that day, accept body temperature detection, obey the dispatching command of management personnel, queue up in an orderly manner according to the on-site instructions, keep a reasonable distance above 1 meter with others, and do not cut in line, talk or gather.

3. Guide residents to use Xuzhou full-time nucleic acid reservation registration system, register personal information in advance, generate QR codes, and improve information collection efficiency. If the QR code is not generated, please bring your ID card and scan it directly to register. Without the original ID card, sampling must be accompanied by immediate family members; If you don't have the original ID card and your children or parents are not around, please write down your name, mobile phone number and ID number in advance, and the on-site staff will assist you in entering it.

4. If you have fever, cough and other symptoms, please report to your community and unit in advance, do a good job of personal protection, go to the nearest hospital fever clinic in time, and don't go to the centralized sampling point.
