The stop sign is relatively simple, just one brand, but there are 22 bus lines, including 4 tram lines. It is located under the viaduct and has a natural wind and rain barrier. However, just at the exit of the two feeder lines, there is a red street lamp not far from the left. This station can only accommodate five cars at a time. When more than a dozen bus stops filed in, it was very crowded. But overall, the order is still relatively good.

120/0, 10, the day before the second drill, the highway system held a volunteer training meeting, and invited Yang Jingli from the tram company to give a lecture to everyone. After his lecture, with relevant documents as guidance, the direction of volunteers' work in the field becomes clearer and easier to do.

Bus stops are divided into different categories due to different passenger flows. "North Station" belongs to the second category and only needs to stand guard during the morning rush hour. There is also a special kind, morning and evening rush hours, and even volunteers stand guard all day.

It's still in the rehearsal stage, but it's all done formally, so try your best. At the beginning of the 17 drill, some volunteers were unfamiliar with the scene and were afraid of oversleeping. They didn't sleep well all night, and some woke up at four in the morning. More volunteers get up at five o'clock to catch the first bus and subway, and strive to get to work on time before seven o'clock. There are also volunteers who call the alarm clocks of their family and friends early in the morning to help them get up. The volunteers who stood guard at the evening peak ended at 7: 30 and went home. It's already eight or nine. In the past two days, the weather has turned cold and windy, and many bus stops are located at the air outlet, which makes the test of these volunteers even greater.

Passers-by have paid attention to us in the past. When someone passed by, he whispered to his partner next to him, "Look! Asian Games volunteers! " Some passengers who don't know the way and how to take the bus will also take the initiative to approach us volunteers and ask us to be guides. "Excuse me, could you tell me how to get to Yaotai?" "Excuse me, is there a bus to Huadu?" "hello! Excuse me, what bus should I take to Line 13? " Because we are wearing badges and ribbons of civilization propaganda, the language of people asking for directions is also polite. After we answered, they all thanked us!

At seven or eight o'clock in the morning, it is the peak period. 108, 278 and 540 lines were crowded when they reached the "North Station". When passengers can't get on the bus, our volunteers kindly remind them to wait for the next bus, and most passengers understand. Occasionally, two uncles and aunts swipe their cards to get on the bus, but they are crowded at the door, and the office can't get on the door. We kindly advised them to get off first and wait for the next bus to get on. They persisted for a while, but then there was nothing they could do. Passengers on the bus don't want to forget the crowded inside. They also showed understanding and cooperated with our guidance to wait for the next bus to get on.

I was standing on the side of the road to maintain order. An old woman came up to me and suggested stopping at the bus stop, saying that there were many lines and long queues. If only the tram could have a separate station, forward or backward. Grandma kindly reminded me: "Don't lean too far ahead, step back!" " ! A lot of waste gas! "

Together with the three volunteers standing in our station, grandma and her two bags of luggage were put on the car, and grandma thanked her again and again.

A foreign women got on a bus, chatted with the driver and got off. It seems that this passenger may not be familiar with the route and get on the wrong bus. At this time, I remembered what Yang Jingli of Tramway Company said at the volunteer training class organized by Highway Bureau on the 20th: "Take the initiative to talk with passengers and understand their needs." So I walked up to her and asked her where she wanted to go in English. Seeing that someone offered her a helping hand, she immediately took out her business card and indicated where she was going: "Hai Yin Electric City". I asked the volunteers of the bus company No.2 Automobile Company and went to the bus station to have a look. I found that there was no direct bus, so I had to let her take the No.7 bus to Dashatou main station and ask for directions. It is estimated that foreign women hasn't been in Guangzhou for a long time, and she doesn't know the ticket price. She took out a dime from her purse and asked me how much it cost, so I took out two one-dollar bills and told her that this was the fare. Seeing someone willing to lead the way, the foreign woman took out a business card and said that she would go to Liwan Square tomorrow, that is, going to Shangxiajiu, and asked me how to get there. Our volunteers went to the bus stop and found that 556 arrived at the "Shangjiudong" station. According to her request, I wrote down the route and the stop to get off on my business card. Foreign women thanked us again and again.

At the bus station, besides maintaining the order of riding, what volunteers do most is to answer the questions of the citizens. We all try our best to answer patiently and guide them to their destination conveniently and quickly.
