(4) The bazaar shall be cleaned by the market promoters by special personnel; Stall operators are responsible for cleaning and cleaning around the occupied lots;

(5) airports, stations, docks, parking lots, stadiums, bathing beaches, parks, street gardens, green belts, flower beds and other public places and along the railway, the responsible units shall be responsible for cleaning;

(6) In the offshore waters, the responsible units designated by the city appearance and environmental sanitation management department are responsible for cleaning up the floating wastes. "Units and residents shall put garbage in the time, place and manner specified by the administrative department of city appearance and environmental sanitation.
