1. Basic situation

2. Analysis of current situation and reasons

Fourth, the leadership of party building is not strong. In the process of maintaining stability, promoting harmony, seeking development, and seeking happiness, the vanguard and exemplary role of community party members is insufficient. Some cadres are not attentive to the masses' affairs and do not contribute their efforts. They do not take the initiative in community management. Their working methods are simple and their purpose is simple. Indifferent consciousness, floating work style, not trying to manage well, just trying to get by.

3. Countermeasure Analysis

In terms of new community construction, we have achieved very good results. Strengthening new community management and making great efforts in software is also an important task for us at present. In particular, the poor operation of community property management leads to frequent problems. Over time, it will inevitably cause us great passiveness. Therefore, it is urgent and imperative to strengthen property management and straighten out the management mechanism.

(1) Improve the system and establish a sound management mechanism. To grasp property management, we must first focus on system construction.
