I raised a Chimonanthus praecox, and its leaves withered after germination. What's going on here?

First, there is not enough light. Chimonanthus praecox likes plenty of light and should not be placed in the shade, especially after flowering. It needs to be repaired.

Second, don't water at regular intervals, try to water as soon as the soil is dry.

The third is fertilization, which is beneficial to recovery and growth after flowering. Apply little or no chemical fertilizer in summer, and strengthen fertilizer and water management in autumn.

Fourth, try to put it in a well-ventilated environment, and only put it in the appreciation position when Chimonanthus praecox is open.
