August 23rd, 20 18 is a very special day for me. Sitting in the conference room of Cangku Road Primary School, a group of newcomers who are going to teach are waiting for pre-job training. This is a group of newcomers who have just obtained the teacher establishment 20 18 in Taishan District, and I am also in this team. Sitting here, I have a kind of expectation for the new environment, a kind of disappointment for my former campus and colleagues, and a kind of excitement and excitement of "resigning the old and welcoming the new" on the journey. After 8 years of teaching, I am a newcomer in the face of heavy preparation. Facing the three-foot platform, I am a newcomer. The two-day pre-job training was sincerely and wonderfully shared by all excellent teachers, which deeply touched my heart and benefited me a lot.

? Do ordinary things with your heart

Dong Wenhua's "Making a living and courtship" explains with his own story how teachers find a happiness in life in their own profession. At the beginning of the lecture, Teacher Dong presented us with a passage, which was Teachers' Day. When I finished browsing, I was sure it was a true portrayal of my daily work. And this day-to-day work is exactly what Mr. Dong summed up: full of feelings-crushing ideals-passive response-exhaustion of passion-exhaustion. When I saw these five stages, my heart was hit hard. After teaching for eight years, I'm tired. Chinese teaching, the work of the class teacher, accompanying my daughter who has just turned two and a half years old, squeezing time to study and get ready, not to mention the trivial things at home. When these things haunt me every day, sometimes there is really a kind of sadness that the passion is exhausted and the burden is on. I want to read more professional books, and I need to brush the questions in the exam; I want to study the problems in teaching more deeply and deal with one or two problems. I may have to stay up late to correct my composition today. There will always be times when time is tight. The truth is true, but the naked reality is that I am listening to the video of the exam in the morning, listening to today's news on my way to work, dragging my tired body at night, and listening to the good book review in litchi FM "Let's Read" on my way home, which is already the most comfortable and extravagant thing in my day. And I want to say, even so, I have no ideal to crush, because I have always been full of feelings.

? As Mr. Bing Xin said, "Love is on the left and love is on the right. We walk on both sides of life, sowing seeds at any time and flowering at any time, and decorating this long journey with fragrant flowers, so that pedestrians who wear flowers and brush leaves will not feel pain, and there will be no tear drops, but they will not feel sad." I think this is my feeling, just like Teacher Dong said, "Let a child never forget it, and there will be an echo of inner happiness." Teacher Dong told me by action: When you are destined to teach, then teach the book well with your heart. Don't chase, don't compete, calm down and study, and lift your feet and move forward. Respecting your career is the best way to be kind to yourself and find happiness in life. As long as you put your heart into it, ordinary days can bloom. And I feel that every moment with students is fresh, and every day they bring me is not dull. I am willing to understand their every emotional state, I am willing to tolerate their every life attempt, and I hope to explore the most authentic things in children's lives with my understanding and tolerance. "At the beginning of life, nature is good." I want to infect and guide them with my love. "Educate children and let them go on the right path, even if they are old, they will not deviate." I have always felt that when students have the correct values and the correct course of life, then all discordant words and deeds will naturally come to an abrupt end.

It's not enough for a child to forget it. Love and affection alone are not enough. Teacher Dong told us that we can only win more dignity with our major. Create a democratic classroom atmosphere, pursue a natural and comfortable classroom culture, establish an effective classroom order, develop good classroom habits, and form a classroom atmosphere of listening to lectures, thinking about teaching and researching classes. Teacher Dong told us with her practice that "every drop is hard work, and passing by is harvest". In these years, when I first set foot on the three-foot platform, there were so many hardworking and knowledgeable old teachers who helped themselves selflessly. Now that I think about it, my heart is still warm as ever. As a new teacher, I am eager to learn, change and make progress. Every class, I will at least listen to all the old teachers in this grade and record them. After I go back to study hard and digest, I will go to my own class. Besides class time, I often shuttle between teaching buildings with a bench. Such a busy day is extremely fulfilling, and there is a practical happiness in my heart. Every teacher's style has a deep influence on me. Their wisdom in teaching can always spark with my thinking, inspire me, enrich myself again and again in class, and make me make rapid progress in daily accumulation. And every time I prepare for an open class, I am completely transformed. Every improvement in my classroom teaching can promote my further understanding of teaching. And when Ms. Dong Wenhua showed us the books and magazines she had read for more than ten years, I was ashamed of what she had learned. No one can really succeed casually. I'm ashamed. Although I'm studying, it's only intermittent. Although I am writing, I am not writing nonstop. As people who care about education, different modes of learning, thinking, acting and achieving will lead to different outcomes. Reading, thinking and writing are all things that need perseverance, and there is no room for falsehood and slack. In fact, education is also true, and so is being a man.

Once again, in the preparation of this exam interview, I deeply feel that reading is fundamental to a good class, and we should constantly absorb new nutrients, otherwise our hearts will wither and even the lush branches and leaves will wither. I think this is what Mr. Dong said, "Make a small impact in your subject". This sentence is like a stone thrown into my heart, causing ripples. I know that I still have a lot to work hard in the future, and I hope I can be firm, hardworking and grow up in my new teaching work.

? Do a good job in daily life and study

? During the two-day training, not only Dong Wenhua, an educator, knocked on the soul, but also six outstanding teachers in Taishan District made wonderful sharing on education and teaching. Zhang Ting from Cangku Road Primary School, Wang Shuai from Huanjiayu Primary School and Li Wenzhu from Nanguan Middle School told us about their growth as new teachers, which made me feel very cordial. Li Wenzhu and I are both junior high school Chinese subjects, and her sharing proves once again that only hard work can produce true knowledge. In order to study the small topic of Chinese writing, Mr. Li did all the grade compositions after the exam, and this "hard work" was not in vain. From the bit by bit analysis and classification, Mr. Li gained the insight of writing guidance.

? But Sun Yuting, a teacher from the First Experimental School, gave a lecture on classroom teaching routine. From theory to practice, Mr. Sun explained in detail what is the classroom teaching routine and how to do it well. He also told us how to do it well in the new post through vivid examples of Chinese subjects he taught, and how to improve himself step by step from solid teaching.

While doing a good job in routines, we should also be good at finding problems from teaching. After theoretical research and practical thinking, these problems can generate research topics. Director Mao Lei of Nanguan Middle School humorously gave us a special training on how teachers do projects, which inspired us to actively participate in project research in our own teaching, not only for teaching, but also for making our teaching not only have theoretical support, but also have more thinking wisdom.

? During the two-day training, Director Yang Xingzhi's last lecture "Basic Literacy of Young Teachers" made me unforgettable. It is said that Mr. Lu Xun's criticisms are articles, but I feel that Director Yang's criticisms are spurs. This is more like a heart-to-heart conversation than a speech. Director Yang's hope for us young people lies in his humor and wisdom. What are the basic qualities of young teachers? Director Yang doesn't have a page-by-page PPT, a long theoretical exposition, or any profound academic research. Instead, I quietly took out a few pages of calligraphy works with the names of each newly seated person written on them. What is basic literacy? I think this moment speaks for itself. Everyone sitting here has a big service word written in it!

How many people can write the blackboard beautifully on a three-foot platform? This is the most basic skill. At this time, my heart is full of complicated feelings. I am deeply ashamed that I am not good enough, hard enough and diligent enough. I am rethinking that at any time, a teacher should not forget his roots, and this "root" is not only to maintain his enthusiasm for work, but also to be truly internal, and it is also a "true talent and practical learning" that is constantly improving in learning. It is also in response to the words "talented" printed by Director Yang in my heart.

After several years of teaching, I found myself constantly absorbing nutrition, changing and making progress in reading, studying and writing. Being sensitive to student life makes me more sensitive to education; Correcting and guiding students' words and deeds makes me more patient and warm; The exploration of the road to education has also made me more humble and affectionate.
