Standing posture is a natural walking posture, so you don't have to twist your neck to look forward.

It's easy to fall when a single board is dragged, and it's easy to lose power on the flat ground, so you should walk forward with your legs or take off the board, and the double board can push the ice. The human body and the snowboard are fixed, and the key balance point must be grasped. In order to prevent falling, my body often needs to be stretched tightly (or maybe I skate less). Beginners learn quickly. As long as you lean forward and keep control of the board, you will turn the snowboard to one side. When the single board starts to push the slope, it needs to be in a critical equilibrium state, similar to riding a bicycle. Double board is faster. Because the snowboard is narrow, and the normal front accelerates forward; On the contrary, the snowboard itself is relatively wide, and the front is decelerating, so in general, the speed of the double board is obviously faster than that of the single board. Of course, beginners can easily control the speed of the double board, causing danger.

Advantages/disadvantages of single board:

The progress of veneer is fast, and many people report it. Since so many people say so, it should make sense. Although I don't know whether the progress of single board is fast or not, it is obvious that the progress of double board is really difficult! No matter what route the double board takes, there is no way to avoid correct engraving and sliding. Repeated leaning forward, holding arms, pull-ups, standing edge, anti-bow, separation up and down, and cooperation between inner and outer legs really make people want to vomit.

The veneer slides off easily, which is very handsome. Only by personal subjective feeling, excluding clothing factors, single board is indeed easier to slip and handsome than double board, and it is easy to pay attention to it, not handsome, because double board is also handsome after reaching the high end. Even in freestyle field, killing single board in an instant can be the main thing, but it is really difficult to reach this stage, and even watching decent carving and sliding is hard enough.
