What is the orientation training for newcomers to the chain home? I'm leaving in a few days, and I'm a little nervous. Does anyone want to talk?

Participated in pre-job training for newcomers in late April. This training is about 100 people (including 3 headquarters employees), divided into 2 classes, each class has a class teacher and a real instructor. A few days of closed semi-military training didn't drive people crazy like I thought, but I was used to a little inner rejection at first, but I learned a lot from intensive training. In fact, there are all kinds of preparations before entering any job. My understanding is that induction training can help you get to know the company, colleagues and yourself quickly. I'm glad I can attend. I hope you won't be nervous when you attend the orientation training.
