What about the closed balcony of the property?

According to Article 25 of the Property Management Regulations issued by the State Council, the sales contract signed by the construction unit and the property buyer shall include the contents stipulated in the previous property service contract. In other words, the developer should make a prohibition agreement on balconies and terraces in the sales contract signed with Mr. Zhang. If the developer does not write the prohibitive agreement into the contract, then as a property management service provider, it is impossible to add prohibitive clauses to the property management agreement after the owner purchases the house.
