How many years can cinnabar inkpad be preserved?

Thirty years. Cinnabar inkpad has a shelf life of 30 years and does not need special maintenance. Put it in a porcelain jar and cover it (porcelain inkpad specially used by calligraphy and painting shops). Just use the back cover tightly to prevent dust and put it indoors at room temperature. If there is no oil leakage for a long time, stir the inkpad every other month (because cinnabar is heavy). Tighten the lid, put on the plastic bag and seal it again.
