If you do some stable work, the family situation is still relatively good. You don't need to make money. You just need to support yourself. However, in small cities, banking work is relatively above the local average, decent and stable, and local small banks are not so tired, so it is the original intention of many people to spend some money to live a life like retirement.

But now it can be said that there is no iron rice bowl, and banks are changing faster and faster, especially under the competition of Alipay and WeChat, many banks are laying off employees.
