Does Taoism make people abstinent or do whatever they want?

Abstinence is to cultivate the mind, cultivate the nature, and restore the nature. Inaction is not inaction, but doing something and not doing something, and then talking about monasticism. It's ridiculous to do whatever you want. Monasticism itself is desire, and what practice should do is to think less and desire less until there is no desire in the end, just like water, not far from the Tao. The way for practitioners to seek Tao is desire, and this desire will naturally disappear like a baby.
