How to avoid making mistakes without knowing it? First of all, we should have the courage to admit our mistakes. No matter leaders or subordinates, elders or younger generations, familiar people or strangers, as long as they point out their mistakes, they should accept them humbly and express their sincere gratitude. Only in this way will others be willing to point out our mistakes. On the other hand, if we only care about our face and think that we can't touch the tiger's ass, then our mistakes will only be made forever, or even worse.

Secondly, we should be able to correct our mistakes in time. It's okay to make a mistake once. The key is to recognize your mistakes and correct them in time after you find them.
