What does playing cards in mahjong mean?

Opening a card means that the dealer rolls the dice, and the points obtained by the sum of the dice are the base of opening a card. Take the dealer as the first, count counterclockwise, and the position of the points is the card wall for opening cards. Counting the piers with the same number of points in turn from right to left, the dealer starts to grab two cards, and the next family draws cards in clockwise order until each person draws three times 12, then the dealer jumps cards (blocks apart) to grab the two cards above, and others draw one in turn. The dealer has 14 cards, and everyone else has 13 cards.
