Can I laugh when I take an ID photo?

You can laugh, but smile properly, with a natural expression and no obvious distortion.

4. The portrait is horizontally centered in the rectangular frame of the photo, with a face width of 207 pixels 14 pixels, the hair on the top of the head is 7 pixels to 2 1 pixel from the upper edge of the photo, and the eyes are not less than 207 pixels from the lower edge of the photo. When the distance between the hair on the top of the head and the eyes to the upper edge of the photo cannot meet the above requirements at the same time, priority should be given to ensuring that the distance between the eyes and the lower edge of the photo is not less than 207 pixels.
