1. Active reporting

From now on, college students from outside the area must report to their place of residence 48 hours in advance before returning to Fengfeng. Report in the village where you are located, and report in detail the location of the school, name, ID number, contact number, time of return home, transportation mode and other relevant information.

2. Exit process

After getting off the bus, all returning college students will be guided out of the station by staff, who will strictly implement "two scans and one test" to check their itinerary information and guide them Go to the nucleic acid sampling area for sampling and testing to ensure that no one is missed and no one is missed.

3. Classified transfer

College students returning to the peak by train or high-speed rail. For college students returning from medium- and high-risk areas, our district has set up a special channel at Handan High-speed Railway East Station. After getting off the bus, they will be guided to the reception station of our district by a dedicated person to register, and they will take a negative pressure ambulance to the isolation point of our district for centralized isolation. . A special passage for medium- and high-risk areas has been set up at Handan West Station. After getting off the bus, public security personnel will verify the situation, and then the staff at the reception station in our district will connect them and take a negative pressure ambulance to the isolation point in our district for centralized isolation. For college students in low-risk areas returning to the peak, our district will allocate two special pick-up buses at Handan High-speed Railway East Station in the morning and afternoon, and one special pick-up bus at Handan West Station in the morning and afternoon. The number of vehicles will be increased in a timely manner according to the number of people, and nucleic acid testing will be completed. After that, we will drive back to the peak.

College students returning from medium- and high-risk areas will be transported by negative pressure ambulances to isolation points for centralized isolation. College students returning to the peak in low-risk areas will take special buses to return to the peak after exiting the station, and their respective towns will arrange point-to-point pick-up and drop-off by vehicles.

4. Fengfeng transfer point

After arriving at the peak, all returning college students will arrive at Chunguang Garden Liming Square and Pengcheng Tongxinyuan Square respectively, and their respective towns will arrange point-to-point transfers by vehicles.

5. Epidemic Prevention Requirements

When returning from medium- and high-risk areas, closed-loop transfers will be implemented, and 7-day centralized isolation and 7-day home medical observation control measures will be implemented. Returning from a low-risk area to the peak requires a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and two nucleic acid tests after arriving at the peak, that is, a "landing" nucleic acid test, and another nucleic acid test within 48 hours after an interval of 24 hours. No gatherings, gatherings, dinners, or going to public places within 7 days of returning to the peak.
