What is the economy of Xue Jiawan in Zhungeer, Erdos?

Ordos, now known as "Little Dubai in the North", and Xuejiawan Town in Zhungeer Banner should be the first major town in the North with superior economic conditions. Per capita GDP should be among the best in Inner Mongolia, mainly in energy production, coal and natural gas. Urban consumption should be higher than Erdos.
