How to create labels on the computer

To print labels, a barcode label machine is required. After adding the designed self-adhesive label in the label editing software, there is no problem with the preview and you can connect to the printer for printing. Printing self-adhesive labels requires the following equipment: computers, label editing software, printers and label paper, etc. After all the equipment is ready, I will show you the steps to design labels in the label editing software:

Open the label editing software and create a new label (the paper settings in the software need to be set according to the actual size of the label paper) ), here we take single-row labels as an example. After creating a new label, click the "solid A" button on the left side of the software, draw an ordinary text object on the canvas, double-click the ordinary text, and click the "Modify" button in Graphic Properties - Data Source to delete For the default data, in the status mine below, manually enter the information to be added and click Edit.

In the text, set the style, size, color, word spacing, etc. of the text according to your own needs. The effect is as shown in the figure:

Follow the above steps to add text information, and then Click the "Line Segment" button on the left side of the software, hold down the shift key to draw the line, double-click the line, and in Graphic Properties - Basic, set the line color to "green", as shown in the figure:

After the label is designed , click "Print Preview" or "File - Print Preview" in the toolbar above the software, and the print preview interface will pop up. You can click the page down button to turn pages to view the preview effect, as shown in the figure:

There is no problem with the preview. Click the Print Settings button to pop up the Print Settings dialog box. In the Print Settings dialog box, you can choose the appropriate output method according to your own needs.
