Our class introduces the advantages and disadvantages of teaching reflection in their class as follows:

"Our Class and Their Class" is the third lesson of Unit 1 of "Morality and Rule of Law" in Grade Four. This textbook focuses on: class construction in school life, family responsibility in family life, modern media in national life, environmental protection in community life and other topics. This lesson is taught through pre-class investigation, group discussion, situation analysis, cooperative inquiry and observation. ?

Through the teaching of this course, students should realize that they should respect other classes; Be good at discovering the characteristics and strengths of other classes and learn to look at other classes with appreciation; The textbook designs an activity to investigate the characteristics of other classes and guide students to fully understand the characteristics of other classes and the places worth learning. Through the school's "Cultural Month" activities, it is everyone's goal to guide students to understand the benefits brought by class cooperation and pursue progress with each other. ?

The lesson "Our Class and Their Class" consists of four parts: entering their class, promoting cooperation between classes, cheering for other classes, and correctly treating competition between classes. The teaching activities of this class are designed around two sections: "entering their classroom" and "promoting cooperation between classes". This lesson embodies the new concept of collective education. Communication between classes is a part of school collective life, and how to communicate between classes is a subject that students must learn in order to live a collective life.

By investigating the characteristics of other classes, this lesson guides students to understand the characteristics of other classes and the places worth learning more comprehensively, and learn to look at other class groups with appreciation. The fourth-grade pupils have had the experience of collective life and have a certain understanding of collectivism. Through the observation of students' participation in class activities, we can see that students can truly understand and feel the existence, warmth and harmonious dependence among people in the collective, and then emotionally integrate with the collective.

In collective life, every student can open his heart, show that he knows others, naturally feel that he is a member of the group, and consciously jump out of the personal circle, thus becoming an enthusiastic person and a conscious defender of collective activities. However, in the competition between classes, students still have selfish thoughts and behaviors of excluding other classes, which are manifested in disapproval of teachers praising other classes and deliberately ignoring the advantages of other classes.

Aiming at students' narrow sense of small group standards, this course mainly guides students to know how to respect other classes, enhance cooperation with other classes, treat competition and conflicts between classes fairly, guide students to know how to strengthen cooperation between classes, be good at discovering the characteristics and strengths of other classes, and treat the collectives of other classes with appreciation.
