1. Enterprise assets

The net assets are more than 6 million yuan.

2. Key personnel of the enterprise

(1) There shall be no less than 3 note builders in mechanical and electrical engineering.

(2) The technical director has more than 8 years' experience in technical management of fire control engineering construction, and has the senior title of engineering sequence or the first-class registered construction engineer qualification of electromechanical engineering; There are not less than 6 people with intermediate or above titles in HVAC, water supply and drainage, electricity, automation and other majors, and the majors are complete.

(3) There shall be no less than 15 construction site management personnel with post certificates, and the constructors, quality engineers, safety officers, materials engineers and librarians shall be complete.

(4) There shall be no less than 2 skilled workers above intermediate level who have passed the examination or training.

(5) The technical director (or registered constructor) has presided over the completion of at least two engineering achievements required by the first-class qualification standard of this category.

3. Scope of second-level qualification undertaking

It can undertake the construction of the following fire control facilities with a single building area of less than 5, square meters:

(1) Civil buildings other than first-class high-rise civil buildings;

(2) workshops, warehouses, storage tanks, and storage yards with fire hazards below two categories.

Handling process of the second-level qualification for fire protection construction:

1. Submission channels of qualification-related materials for contracting enterprises specializing in fire protection facilities engineering

(1) Initial application, re-approval and qualification renewal of fire protection qualification

1. If applying for the first-and second-level fire protection qualification, the applicant enterprise will submit the application materials to the provincial public security fire department;

2. To apply for the third-level fire protection qualification, the applicant shall report the application materials to the local public security fire department;

3. In case of applying for additional firefighting qualification, the applicant enterprise shall report the application materials to the local municipal competent department of construction.

(II) Application for upgrading the fire protection qualification level

1. If the applicant applies for upgrading the main fire protection qualification, the applicant will submit the application materials to the provincial public security fire department; If the enterprise's main fire-fighting qualification is upgraded from level three to level two, the local public security fire department shall also submit the enterprise's initial declaration and annual assessment files to the provincial public security fire department.

2. If an enterprise applies for an additional fire-fighting qualification upgrade, the applicant enterprise will report the application materials to the relevant construction authorities.

(III) Annual assessment of fire fighting qualification

1. If the main item is fire fighting qualification, the assessment data shall be submitted to the local public security fire department;

2. If the additional item is fire-fighting qualification, the assessment data shall be submitted to the competent construction department.

II. Enterprise application materials

(1) Initial application, addition, upgrade, re-approval and extension of fire fighting qualification

Enterprises need to provide four copies of the Application Form for Enterprise Qualification in Construction Industry (including electronic documents) and the corresponding attachments, and bind them in the following order:

Volume I: Comprehensive information

1. Copy of the business license of the enterprise as a legal person.

2. Original and duplicate of enterprise qualification certificate;

3. Articles of Association;

4. Statistical statements of the construction industry of the enterprise in recent three years;

5. The audited financial statements of the enterprise for the last three years;

6. Employment documents and identity certificates of the legal representative of the enterprise;

7. The identity certificates of enterprise managers and technical and financial directors, professional title certificates, and the engineering performance certification materials of technical directors' representatives required by relevant qualification standards;

8. Provide equipment purchase invoices and metrological verification certificates, house property certificate or house lease contract of the factory (office) and other relevant certificates;

9, enterprise safety production license;

among them, the enterprise applying for qualification for the first time does not need to provide the materials mentioned in 2, 4, 5 and 9 above, but should provide the documents of enterprise safety production management system.

If an enterprise applies for restructuring, division or merger, it needs to re-verify its qualification, and then provide the following information and include it in this book:

1. Scheme of enterprise restructuring, division and merger (including the division of production, personnel and engineering performance between the new enterprise and the original enterprise);

11. The approval document of enterprise restructuring, division and merger or the resolution of shareholders' meeting or workers' congress;

12, enterprise restructuring, division should provide the financial statements and statistical statements of the enterprise in the past three years before the restructuring and division;

13. For business combination, the financial statements, statistical statements and latest consolidated statements of each enterprise in the last three years before the merger shall be provided;

Volume II: Personnel Information

1. Identity certificates and registration certificates of registered personnel listed in the Application Form for Qualification of Construction Enterprises;

2. Professional title certificate, identity certificate and endowment insurance certificate of non-registered professionals required by the qualification standards of construction enterprises;

3. The professional title certificate, identity certificate and endowment insurance certificate of special professional and technical personnel required by fire engineering construction enterprises;

Volume III: Engineering performance data (not provided for applying for the lowest level qualification)

1. Engineering contract and bid-winning notice;

2. Completion acceptance certificate or quality verification materials (automatic fire-fighting facilities inspection report and construction project acceptance letter issued by local public security fire department) that meet national regulations

(2) Annual assessment of fire-fighting qualification

9. Training certificate of qualified fire control facilities engineering and technical personnel trained by the provincial public security fire department;
