Residents in restricted areas should go to regular retail outlets with fireworks business (retail) license and industrial and commercial business license to buy, and may not buy or discharge illegal and substandard fake and inferior products; During the period when fireworks and firecrackers are allowed, it is forbidden to set off fireworks and firecrackers in places and areas designated by the county people's government; It is forbidden to set off fireworks and firecrackers in a way that endangers public safety and personal and property safety.

Illegal sale, storage, transportation and discharge of fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited within this Municipality; It is forbidden to carry fireworks and firecrackers on public transport, and it is forbidden to mail or carry fireworks and firecrackers in checked luggage, parcels and mails.

In the time and place where fireworks are prohibited, or in a way that endangers public safety and personal and property safety, the public security organ will impose a fine of more than 500 yuan 100 yuan according to the provisions of Article 42 of the Regulations on the Safety Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers.
