Where does Xiangjiang River originate?

Xiangjiang River originated in the ocean mountains of Xing 'an, Lingchuan, Guanyang and Quanzhou counties in northeast Guangxi.

Xiangjiang River is the largest river in Hunan and one of the main tributaries of the Yangtze River. Ocean Mountain originated in Xing 'an, Lingchuan, Guanyang, Quanzhou and other counties in the northeast of Guangxi, and its upstream is called Ocean River. It meets Xiaoshui in Yongzhou City, Hunan Province and starts to be called Xiangjiang River. It flows eastward through Yongzhou, Hengyang, Zhuzhou, Xiangtan and Changsha, and returns to the Yangtze River after entering Dongting Lake in Xiangyin County. The total length is 817km, and the drainage area is 92,300km2. There are many rapids in the upper reaches, abundant water in the middle and lower reaches and stable water flow. Most of the main tributaries are navigable and used to be an important traffic artery between the two lakes and Guangdong and Guangxi.
