Brief introduction of immunological test content

Immunological examination is an important course for medical laboratory specialty. At present, new immunoassay methods and technologies based on complete kits and large-scale equipment are constantly emerging. Different from the classical immunoassay, the operation of the new immunoassay tends to be programmed and automated, and the dependence on the operator's experimental experience is reduced, which puts forward new requirements for experimenters and new topics for the cultivation of laboratory talents.

In the autumn of 2009, the Teaching Material Office of the Ministry of Health held a meeting in Foshan to study the revision of teaching materials for medical laboratory higher vocational colleges. According to the spirit of the meeting and the understanding formed by the experts attending the meeting, this book has been greatly adjusted. The general principle is to highlight the new content of immunological examination and reduce the difficulty of basic immunity and immunodiagnosis. Therefore, the classical immunological experiments such as sedimentation, agglutination and complement experiment are expounded in the relevant chapters of the basic part as basic knowledge, which is conducive to integrating theory with practice in basic teaching and conforms to the characteristics of the development of immunological testing technology. Foshan conference agreed to study microbial immunity and the content of microbial immunity test in immunology test. Therefore, this book covers chapters on microbial infection and its immunological test, which involves the immunological diagnosis of viral hepatitis and AIDS. Schools can adjust the teaching content according to their own specific conditions.

This book is based on the first two editions, combined with the development of immunology inspection and immunology inspection education.
