Cause analysis of explosion accident in Linfen coal mine, Shanxi Province

Investigation: The explosion point belongs to illegal cross-layer mining.

Shanxi Province issued a circular last night, asking all relevant departments at all levels in the province to learn lessons, draw inferences from others, take coal mine safety as the top priority, and must pay close attention to implementation. Linfen city has asked all coal mines to stop production, and offenders will revoke their licenses; At the same time, a large-scale investigation of coal mines was carried out, and county and township cadres were responsible for mining.

According to the preliminary understanding, the annual output of Xinyao coal mine with accident is 2 1 10,000 tons, which is a licensed coal mine with complete six certificates, all of which are within the validity period. According to preliminary judgment, the explosion occurred in No.9 coal seam, which belongs to illegal cross-layer mining.

According to the headquarters, the accident occurred at 23: 00 on February 5, 2007, when the miners were being handed over, and the relevant departments did not receive the report until 5: 00 on the 6 th. From the accident to the mine report, five hours were delayed and the best time for rescue was missed. At the same time, the roadway in the accident area is chaotic, and there are many toxic gases such as carbon monoxide, which makes it difficult to rescue.

No vehicles entering the mountain are allowed to pass. The reporter changed to an ambulance and traveled about 12km before entering the Xinyao coal mine site.

There was an overhead conveyor belt at the scene of the accident, unloading coal from the south-facing coal mine. All the roads are full of vehicles, red, yellow, white and black, about 200 vehicles. Rescue teams from various cities were dressed in yellow, blue and military green, and a large number of people stood in front of bungalows with mountain steps to watch the mining area. There are people and vehicles everywhere, but there is no usual noisy noise. The sound of the fan behind the distant mountain is the only roar.
