Feedback is usually divided into four parts.

Narrator is a short description, grasp the main points, don't copy the original text, but you can quote the original sentence, but it can't be too long, otherwise it will be suspected of adding words, and this will also affect the structure of the article.

The third part, put feelings into our real life and talk about feelings with examples in life, because the purpose of "feelings" is to guide our actual actions, otherwise it will be meaningless.
