Petition regulations. The slogan of the Regulations on Letters and Visits is to understand people's feelings, concentrate people's wisdom, safeguard people's interests and unite people's hearts. On June 24th, 2022, the the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee Conference deliberated and passed the Regulations on Letters and Visits. In order to uphold and strengthen the Party's overall leadership over letters and visits, do a good job in letters and visits in the new period, and maintain close ties between the Party and the government and the people, these Regulations are formulated.
