Notice of Luoyang COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters on Carrying out Nucleic Acid Detection for All Staff in jianxi district and Other Five Cities.

In order to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control in the whole city, and effectively protect people's health and life safety, according to the deployment requirements of the epidemic prevention and control headquarters of COVID-19 Province and the research of the epidemic prevention and control headquarters of COVID-19, it was decided to carry out two rounds of full-course nucleic acid testing in five urban areas, including jianxi district, on May 5 and May 8, 2022, respectively. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Sampling time

The first round: May 5, 2022, 08: 00-May 5 15: 00.

The second round: May 8, 2022, 8: 00-May 8 15: 00.

Second, the scope of personnel

All residents of jianxi district, Xigong District, Old Town, Hehe District and Luolong District of Luoyang City.

Third, the control requirements

Vaccination in COVID-19 was suspended from May 4th to May 8th, 2022. Within the specified sampling time, all supermarkets, shops, farmers' markets and other business places within the jurisdiction shall be closed, all cultural and entertainment places, sports business places, parks and gardens shall be closed, and all public transport vehicles shall be shut down, except for the necessary jobs to ensure the nucleic acid detection of all employees, the citizens' life and the basic operation of the city.

Fourth, matters needing attention

Staff of party and government organs and institutions in five urban areas participated in nucleic acid sampling in their communities, reported to their communities, turned into volunteers on the spot, and participated in epidemic prevention and control work such as community nucleic acid testing.

Residents are requested to carry their ID card or household registration book and other valid documents according to the specific notice of the community, and conduct nucleic acid testing at their sampling points to ensure that "no one is missing". Those who have been tested for nucleic acid within 24 hours or vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine within 48 hours will not be tested for nucleic acid, but they need to report to community workers in time, provide proof and register.

When sampling, please obey the unified command of the on-site staff, queue up in an orderly manner, wear masks in a standardized manner throughout the whole process, and keep a distance of more than 2 meters from others. After completing the sampling, obey the unified command of the field staff and leave the sampling point according to the specified path.

Special groups that cannot be sampled at centralized sampling points due to major diseases, severe disabilities and other reasons, as well as special hardship groups such as the elderly, pregnant women, infants and disabled people at home, please report to the local community in advance, and the jurisdiction is responsible for organizing mobile sampling points to conduct on-site sampling.

Residents are requested to actively cooperate with sample collection according to the organizational arrangements of their communities. Those who fail to carry out nucleic acid testing within the specified time will be given a yellow code. Refusing to cooperate, refusing to participate in nucleic acid testing without reason, disturbing order, forging information, etc. Will be dealt with according to law. Causing the spread or spread of the epidemic, relevant legal responsibilities will be investigated according to law.
