What are the specifications for concrete construction quality requirements?

1. During pouring, the uniformity and compactness of concrete should be controlled. After the concrete mixture is transported to the pouring place, it should be poured into the mold immediately. In the process of pouring, if it is found that the uniformity and consistency of concrete mixture have changed greatly, it should be handled in time.

2. When pouring concrete, attention should be paid to prevent concrete delamination and segregation. When the concrete is discharged from the hopper and funnel for pouring, its free-falling height should generally not exceed 2m, and the height of pouring concrete in the vertical structure should not exceed 3m; otherwise, materials such as tumbling barrels, chutes and chutes should be used.

3. Before pouring the vertical structure concrete, the bottom should be filled with cement mortar with the same composition as the concrete with a thickness of 50 ~100 mm. ..

4. When pouring concrete, observe the conditions of formwork, support, steel bar, embedded parts and reserved holes at any time. When any deformation or displacement is found, we should immediately stop pouring and repair the concrete before it sets.

5. In the process of concrete pouring and standing, measures should be taken to prevent cracks. Non-structural surface cracks caused by concrete settlement and drying shrinkage should be repaired before the final setting of concrete. When pouring beams and slabs integrated with columns and walls, stop 1~ 1.5h after pouring columns and walls, and then continue pouring to prevent cracks at the joints.

6. Beam slab should be poured at the same time. Larger beams (the height of beams is greater than 1m), arches and similar structures can be cast separately. However, the setting of construction joints shall comply with relevant regulations.
