Based on the export and stability of migrant workers in autonomous prefecture, we will focus on building a docking platform for labor supply and demand. Actively strengthen the docking with the human resources markets inside and outside the province, especially the counterpart-aided provinces and cities, actively strengthen the docking with employment enterprises in Zhejiang and other places, accurately grasp the information of employment demand, start-up and return-to-work time of enterprises, and push it through the service platform for migrant workers and the official account of WeChat, and timely publish more than 30,000 posts in inner and outer space. Relying on activities such as "Spring Breeze Action", "Employment Assistance Month" and "Live Broadcasting with Post", 37 online and offline recruitment activities were carried out, and 3,500 people were employed.

Focus on "convenient service+return to work".

We launched a special campaign for tourism services, serving a total of 4,800 migrant workers. Set up convenience service points for migrant workers in passenger distribution areas such as passenger stations to provide voluntary assistance and other convenience services. In the county (city) station, a special window for migrant workers to purchase tickets will be added, computer and mobile phone terminals will be implemented to purchase tickets, and services such as on-site ticket sales, centralized ticket purchase and reserved tickets will be optimized to solve the problem of migrant workers' difficulty in purchasing tickets. For five years in a row, migrant workers were provided with the charter service of "Aba, the pure land of Panda Home". Up to now, 18 migrant workers have returned to their posts, and 2 people chartered cars to transport 1 100 migrant workers and their accompanying children free of charge.
