What is the difference between a party meeting and a state meeting? How many times, how many times, how many majors, what are these?

1. Different meanings. The party meeting refers to the National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The national meetings refer to the National People's Congress, the National People's Political Consultative Conference and the People's Congress.
